All video, image, and written materials produced by NewsLink remain the property of NewsLink unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
News outlets and media organizations are granted permission to download and rebroadcast NewsLink-produced materials free of charge with visible credit to NewsLink (newslink.tv).

3. Event Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers contracting NewsLink are responsible for:

• Providing filming access and credentials at the event venue.
• Securing any required permissions for participant interviews.
• Ensuring all provided information, logos, and assets are authorized for public distribution.

4. Limitation of Liability

NewsLink is not liable for delays, technical issues, or interruptions beyond our control, including equipment failure, venue restrictions, or internet connectivity problems.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific contracted service.

5. Copyright and Attribution

Any redistribution, modification, or commercial use of NewsLink content without attribution is prohibited. Attribution must clearly state: “Video courtesy of NewsLink (newslink.tv).”

6. Privacy and Data

All data collected through forms or correspondence is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Terms

NewsLink reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
